Of course! You can select any pieces from our repertoire list, or request anything you don’t see. (Up to 2 special requests included in the standard pricing, and £30 per piece thereafter). We’ll help you get an idea of how long the pieces will last, and how many you should choose. Can’t decide? We will happily play our own selection of music for the required genre.

Unfortunately the £150 deposit is non-refundable in any circumstance. Due to the nature of booking performers, any cancellation within 8 weeks of the booked date, would require 50% of the total fee. Any cancellation within 4 weeks, would result in 100% of the fee being due, less any travel expenses.

Yes, we have public liability insurance up to £10 Million

All that we require is 4 armless chairs, and enough light to be able to read the music. Access to drinking water is required. For any bookings longer than 2 hours, we will require a short break every 1.5 hours. 

Food is always appreciated by the players, but not expected.

We offer multiple payment options, including payment plans. We require a £150 non-refundable deposit to secure the special day, and the total amount needs to be payed before we perform. For more information see our Pricing page.

Absolutely! If you want to change the amount of time that we are playing we require a minimum of 4 weeks notice, to ensure that all of our players are able to accommodate the request. A change of venue may be possible, as long as it is still within our covered area, but may be subject to extra travel costs. Changing the date is a little more tricky, and would be reviewed case by case, subject to availibility (if it is not possible to change the date, standard cancellation policy would apply)

As standard, we will wear either black, Black and White formal or colourful formal attire. However we will ask you when booking what you would prefer, and will do our best to accommodate requests.

Yes! We can travel between multiple venues, but this time would be included in the total number of hours booked.

We can play outside, provided adequate cover is provided from wind and sun. However due to the value of our instruments, and issues with humidity, it would not be possible to play outside if it is raining.

Always have a backup plan just in case!
